Increasing Service Usage for Vision Australia

Why we were needed

We were commissioned by Vision Australia to develop a segmentation model of low vision clients and potential service users.

What we did

In the initial qualitative stage we conducted depth interviews with a range of clients to identify the key drivers underpinning how and why they engaged with specific services.

The difference it made

The resulting segmentation is now being refined in action by the Service Delivery Teams so they can quickly assess a clients potential service needs at first point of contact.

What we enjoyed

Working with a diverse team of people from across Vision and one of our largest Mythbusters workshops ever that generated some strong stimulus at the start of the project.
